Poem
A Star Shines Bright
A star shines bright in Bethlehem’s night, Guiding the shepherds, bathed in its light. Angels descend with a joyous song, "Glory to God, a Savior is born!"
A star shines bright in Bethlehem’s night, Guiding the shepherds, bathed in its light. Angels descend with a joyous song, "Glory to God, a Savior is born!"
From distant lands, the wise men come near, Following the star, their faith held dear. Gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh they bring, To worship the newborn King.
Christmas bells ring out a joyous sound, A celebration of joy and love profound. Families gather, sharing laughter and cheer, Memories made, year after year.
Let us remember the reason we rejoice, The birth of our Savior, a gift of choice. To love one another, to spread peace and grace, And follow the light that shines in His face.
May your Christmas be filled with warmth and light, As we celebrate this sacred night. May the spirit of Christ fill your heart ever so deep, And bring you joy that eternally will keep.

Book Review
I read a wonderful Advent narritive titled The Advent Narrative: The Life You Didn’t Know You Were Already Living— By Mary Geisen
Mary’s narritive is a refreshing and insightful exploration of faith that breathes new life into the familiar story of Advent. This book is not simply a theological treatise; it’s a warm invitation to embrace a life transformed by the spirit of anticipation and hope…
And One of the greatest strengths of this book is its ability to shift perspective. Mary encourages readers to view Advent not just as a four-week season leading up to Christmas, but as a lifelong journey of waiting, preparing, and receiving. This shift unlocks a wealth of meaning and encourages a deeper level of engagement with our faith…
